Our Story
Grace Community Church began in 1989 when a handful of families started meeting in a living room on the east side of Anytown. They wanted a church that took the Bible seriously and treated people like family. The congregation grew, moved into the building on Chapel Lane in 1995, and has been worshiping there ever since.
Today we are a multi-generational church family led by Pastor David Whitfield. We are still committed to the same simple things: honest teaching, genuine community, and serving our neighbors in Anytown and beyond.
What We Believe
The Bible. We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God and our final authority for faith and life.
God. We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
Jesus Christ. We believe Jesus is the Son of God, fully God and fully man, who died for our sins and rose from the dead. Salvation is found in Him alone, by grace through faith.
The Church. We believe the church is the family of God, called to worship Him, grow together, and share the good news with the world.
Every Person. We believe every person is made in the image of God and is deeply loved by Him. Everyone is welcome here.
Our Leadership
